1. Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted only if:

    • You received the wrong product,

    • The product arrived damaged or leaking, or

    • The seal was broken upon delivery.

  • Perfumes that have been opened, used, or tested cannot be returned due to hygiene and authenticity reasons.

  • You must raise a return request within 3 days of delivery.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all labels, accessories, and the original invoice.


2. Refund Policy

  • Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment (UPI, debit/credit card, wallet, etc.).

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer (bank details will be required).


3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, used, or tester perfumes.

  • Items purchased on sale or discount offers.

  • Gift cards, samples, or combo sets.


4. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to get a different product, please place a new order after your refund is processed.
