1. Return Policy

Returns are accepted only if:

You received the wrong product,

The product arrived damaged or leaking, or

The seal was broken upon delivery.

Perfumes that have been opened, used, or tested cannot be returned due to hygiene and authenticity reasons.

You must raise a return request within 3 days of delivery.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all labels, accessories, and the original invoice.
2. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment (UPI, debit/credit card, wallet, etc.).

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer (bank details will be required).
3. Non-Returnable Items

Opened, used, or tester perfumes.

Items purchased on sale or discount offers.
-
Gift cards, samples, or combo sets.
4. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to get a different product, please place a new order after your refund is processed.
